General Terms and Conditions of the Online Reservation Service

The use of the Online Reservation services offered by Red de Villas Turísticas de Andalucía S.A. (CIF A93025534), hereinafter Villas Turísticas de Andalucía, by the user implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the terms and/or general conditions, which will be automatically incorporated into the reservation contract entered into with Villas Turísticas de Andalucía, without the need for a written transcription thereof.

The term User refers to all individuals or entities who access www.villasdeandalucia.com or any other domains under its ownership and make use of its services.

1. Reservation

Once your reservation has been made, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the address you have provided. This confirmation will serve as proof of the reservation conditions and contracted services. Please keep this confirmation and present it upon arrival at the hotel. Without the reservation confirmation, the hotel will not be responsible for the agreed conditions regarding rates, number of guests, contracted services, etc.

Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out is until 12:00 noon. If you arrive earlier and your villa is not yet available, you may leave your luggage in storage. The reservation is guaranteed until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival; if you expect to arrive later, please notify the hotel in advance.

2. Guarantee and Payment

Your reservation will be guaranteed by payment of the first night’s stay through one of the available payment methods, which will be specified in the reservation confirmation, or by providing a valid credit card.

3. Modifications and Cancellations

Reservation cancellations may be made online or by phone under the following conditions:

• High season: at least 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• Other seasons: at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.

If the deadlines are met, no charges will be applied, and any deposits made will be fully refunded using the established payment method. You will be required to provide the booking reference number, email address, and hotel name as indicated on the reservation confirmation.

Failure to cancel within the specified period or failure to appear at the hotel will result in the cancellation of your reservation by Villas Turísticas de Andalucía, with the deposit amount applied as a cancellation fee, in accordance with the conditions stated in your reservation confirmation. In such cases, the user will not be entitled to any refund.

In the case of Special Offers, the conditions may vary. The applicable conditions will be those published in the offer and communicated in the reservation confirmation.

4. Prices

The prices indicated are per room, per night, and include the applicable VAT. They form part of the reservation contract provided that the booking has been formalised under the conditions indicated above and that the client has received the corresponding reservation confirmation.

In the case of half-board (HB) and full-board (FB) options, beverages are not included.

If you book a room with a kitchen (available only in Villas Turísticas offering this type of room), kitchen cleaning during the stay is not included.
